Greetings from Laos!
Just a quick note so people know that we are doing okay. We've been in Laos for a few days now and I have to say that I really like this country. It's incredibly beautiful and the food and people are fantastic. We stayed a few nights in the capital city, Vientiane, before venturing on a local bus (yeah, we're a bit cheap and crazy) to Vang Vieng. This looks like a big party town so I'm not going to spend too much time in the internet cafe. Things are good and we're both healthy and happy. Hopefully I'll be able to post some pictures sometime. Until then you'll have to either imagine (or google) the amazing sights we're seeing!

WOW! I love reading your blog so much! It's almost as good as having you here telling me about your adventures! Sigh, I miss you guys so much. It's nice that you left us wicked connections like the book club and couch surfing so we don't feel so all alone. hehehe... it's not THAT bad, but I can't believe the next time I'm going to see you will be at least 15 months away! Sob Sob... We'll both have amazing adventures to talk about by that point. I love you so much!
